HIGHER PERFORMANCE

My focus has always been on helping people perform.

My background in the Arts & Media working with the likes of Sir Paul McCartney, Sally Phillips, Craig Revel-Horwood and many others uniquely equips me to bring powerful communication tools to you and your team.

For many years I performed leading roles in London’s West End Theatre. Including in Agatha Christie’s ‘The Mousetrap’, performing for and meeting our late Queen. Creating new productions with The Royal Shakespeare Company and in many plays and musicals including Checkov’s ‘Three Sisters’, original productions of ‘Martin Guerre’, ‘Crazy For you’, ‘The Secret Garden’, ‘West Side Story’ and many more. Working with extraordinary directors and commanding 2000+ audiences every night of the week.

The discipline and command needed to perform at this level every night gives me insight and tools to share hard won at the coal face of the pressure to perform and deliver. I have been privileged to perform alongside and learn from some of our best talent including James Corden, Sheridan Smith, Iain Glenn, Patricia Hodge, Clive Owen and Joanna Lumley. I now direct and coach artists at The Royal Opera House and across the arts and corporate sectors with companies and individuals.

When it comes to speaking in front of others, people often get in their own way.

They’re unclear about their message, unprepared for the event and uncertain in their delivery.

My job is to help them be their own authentic selves and to make their full impact. I coach people to bring presence to their presentations.

From years of experience, I’ve developed a simple, structured and sympathetic approach that allows people to find their best selves, and make their greatest impact.

Success comes from combing three things - coherent content, finding what triggers your own charisma, and building confidence in delivery. Working closely with individuals on specific high stakes presentations, or helping build, bond and energise teams, I’ve helped clients develop and deliver powerful stories that engage and convince - and have fun doing it.
